Order by 8pm for next-day delivery. We deliver Tuesday to Friday across Nailsea, Clevedon, Portishead and the surrounding villages.

How delivery works

Place your order by 8pm

Orders placed by 8pm are eligible for next-day delivery (subject to your delivery day). Use your personal order link or get in touch directly.

We confirm your order

If anything isn't available, we'll contact you before picking starts — we don't substitute without asking.

Picked fresh on delivery morning

Your order is packed the morning it's delivered — not the night before.

Delivered 7am–10am

We aim to deliver between 7am and 10am. We deliver directly to your door — no collection points.

Common questions

When do I need to order by?
Orders need to be placed by 8pm the evening before your delivery day to guarantee next-day delivery.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Tuesday to Friday. Delivery is between 7am and 10am. We don't deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays.
What's the minimum order?
The minimum order value is £15. Delivery is free within our delivery area once you meet the minimum.
What happens if something in my order isn't available?
We'll always contact you before making any changes. We don't substitute products without asking — if something isn't available we'll let you know and agree what to do.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes — contact us before the 8pm cut-off and we can make changes. Once picking has started on your delivery morning, changes may not be possible, so get in touch as early as you can.
Do you deliver to my area?
We deliver to Abbots Leigh, Backwell, Brockley, Clapton in Gordano, Claverham, Cleeve, Clevedon, Congresbury, Easton in Gordano, Failand, Flax Bourton, Kenn, Kingston Seymour, Long Ashton, Nailsea, Portbury, Portishead, Tickenham, Walton Bay, Weston in Gordano, Wraxall, Wrington and Yatton. Postcode districts covered: BS8, BS20, BS21, BS40, BS41, BS48 and BS49. If you're unsure, get in touch and we'll confirm.
How do I set up an account?
Just get in touch — by phone, email or via the contact form. We'll set up your account and send you a personal order link, usually within a day.
Do you do standing orders?
Yes. If you order the same things each week, we can set up a recurring order so you don't have to reorder every time. You can still make changes before the cut-off on any given week.
